Chris Young Knoxville Concert reviews
Luis Miguel disappointed me...
"He starts an hour late and his show lasted just over an hour. We had 8 tickets at $100.00 each. We know he won't do interviews, he won't give out autographs, has airs of superiority (which is ok that's him) that he starts late because he wants everyone seated and maybe makes him feel important, we know that! But he didn't sing the vast majority of them. Still none of this changes the fact he has a great voice and great songs. That was a $25.00 dollar performance!!! He's songs were few, he didn't sing some of his greatest hits and too few boleros. My group's personal opinion of course. This is not my first Chris Young concert, but I believe it is my last one along with the others that went with me, the people behind us and others I heard as we exited. I've been to all his San Antonio concerts and yes he's been late to all of them but he has made up his tardiness with a great show, lots of songs, the Mariachi's which accompanied him and at least a 2-hour duration. He's not going to go broke because my little group and a few others were disappointed, but little by little he's going to continue to lose some of his audience if he keeps disappointing. He starts late but has a great voice and great songs. Others will have loved the show, especially those who have not seen him before... I will buy his music if new material I like comes out. Again, he has some wonderful songs and a beautiful voice..."
